5th grade students have been working hard to pass their multiplication timed tests! As a reward for tests they passed, students earned a ticket to The Wild Robot, popcorn, candy, and a drink. Such a fun way to kick off Thanksgiving break! Proud of these kids! 💙

Today in Miss Bishop's Math class, students participated in a Thanksgiving Escape Room. Students had to round numbers, find quotients, solve multi-step word problems, and compare numbers in order to unlock the oven and save Thanksgiving!

Today, November 15, is about saying Thank You to the Casey-Westfield Board of Education. Our board members spend multiple hours each month on district work, meetings, and other responsibilities most will never hear or read about. Our board members wear many hats; they are educational leaders, policy makers, contract negotiators, and budgeteers. But they are also our neighbors, our friends, and avid Warrior fans. I want to personally thank current Board members Tracy Gelb, Erin Fain, Becky Clement, Joe Hickox, Jason Sharp, Shane Todd, and Lisa Huddlestun; as well as all past Board members for their service to the district, our students, and the communities.
