Mrs. Keller's 4th graders practiced their multiplication skills today by solving the mystery of who spilled mom's pumpkin spice latte? Students had to work through 5 different clues by solving multiplication problems and eliminating suspects until only one remained!

🍎 Speech Therapy was extra sweet today!
Some of our elementary speech students had the opportunity to follow a visual recipe to make a yummy apple pie treat during their speech-language therapy session!
While it may have looked like we were just making a snack, we were working on so many important communication skills along the way, following directions, sequencing steps, answering questions, describing, expanding vocabulary, and more!
Hands-on activities like this are such a fun way to practice speech and language skills in a meaningful, functional way. And getting to enjoy the finished product is a pretty great bonus! 🥧🍎❤️
🎉 What an absolutely fantastic achievement! Mrs. Robinson's class crushed their $700 goal for the BRAVE FUN RUN and had an incredible glow dance party today. The energy, the dancing, the glowing—it was pure joy! 💃✨
Now here's the exciting part: they're already thinking big for their next celebration! 🍨 The class is just $165 away from earning an Ice Cream Sundae party, and they're hoping you might want to join them on this sweet journey. Every bit of support helps them reach that delicious finish line!

Mrs. Robinson's kindergarteners are working hard to fundraise for the Brave Fun Run. They have already crushed their first fundraising goal of $350 and were able to bring their favorite stuffed animal to school for the day. But here's the really exciting part — they're just $5 away from unlocking a dance party! 💃🕺Every dollar counts, and with just a tiny bit more support, we could be spinning and grooving in no time.
Miss Gallagher's class transformed into apple scientists, artists, and taste-testers all rolled into one. The kids got wonderfully messy creating apple volcanos 🌋, exploring all sorts of tasty toppings to pair with crispy apple slices 🎨, and using apples as paint brushes to create the most delightful "apple trees". Then we finished with apple pie in a cup.

Our 5th grade students are excited to start the D.A.R.E. program brought to Monroe by Deputy Hanley and the Clark County Sheriff's Department. They even convinced Deputy Hanley to join them at recess!
8th grade American History students and high school Civics students enjoyed the opportunity to hear Mr. Ron Wood from the SAR teach about the flags of the American Revolution.
