Casey-Westfield schools will be in session tomorrow. We will run a normal schedule. Some rural roads could be patchy, and Buses could run behind, so expect delays. Students who drive should allow themselves additional time to drive safely. Thank you.

This week, Miss Bishop’s 5th grade Math classes made cookies in a jar! Students measured out and combined ingredients in mason jars, copied instructions on how to prepare their cookies, and took their jars home to enjoy over Christmas break! 🍪 🎅🏼 🎄

At Monroe Elementary, we believe that consistent attendance is key to academic success and building lifelong habits of responsibility. Each school day is filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with peers, and every missed day is a missed chance to excel. Ensuring that your child attends school regularly helps foster a sense of commitment and dedication that will benefit them throughout their lives. We are proud to recognize the students who achieved Perfect Attendance during the first semester! This accomplishment reflects their dedication to learning and their families’ commitment to prioritizing education. Congratulations to the following students! Look through all photos for individual names by grade level. Thank you for supporting your child’s journey toward success! Let’s continue to aim for great attendance throughout the rest of the school year.

Mrs. Evans' 2nd graders have been learning about different types of buildings in science and tried their hand at building some made of paper. The first challenge was to build the tallest structure. The second challenge was to build one that was strong enough to hold a book.
