Casey-Westfield Community Unit School District C-4 will dispose of the following records for students who graduated or permanently transferred by May 2019 in accordance with Records Disposal Certificate 03:249 as authorized by the Local Record Commission: Student Temporary Records; Special Education Conference Findings Summary Reports; Special Education Progress Reports; and Special Education Student Temporary Records. Students and/or their parents may request information that may be of continued assistance to the student by contacting Heather Lee, Guidance Counselor, at the Jr/Sr High School before May 30, 2025.
